Yes, you could see all the schedules at "Event Itinerary" tab.

The Run

What can I wear?

Race Number MUST be worn on the FRONT. The chip is glued to the back of the race number, so you should not do anything, just place the race number in the front with the safety pins on the race day. As is a disposable chip, you should not return it at the end of the race. Torso MUST be covered at all times. We highly recommend wearing proper running shoes that have been correctly fitted to avoid discomfort during the run. We also recommend not wearing brand new trainers on race day as they will need to be worn-in to maximise comfort. Running socks will reduce rub and aid both shock absorption & circulation. They are generally fast drying and odour repellent. We recommend merino wool or polyamide socks.

Is the course flat?

Yes.

Is there a cut off?

You can see all the cut-off times at "Event itinerary" tab.
